“Swedish Goods Exports Weaken in February, Energy Imports Decline” – SCB Statistics Update

In February 2023, Sweden’s merchandise exports increased in value by 12% compared to the same month in the previous year, while imports increased in value by 10%. However, exports decreased in value and volume by 2% and 1%, respectively, compared to the previous month. Energy imports decreased in value and volume, while energy exports increased. The export of machinery and energy products experienced growth in value, while food and beverage exports decreased.
