The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ) has launched a new portal that offers comprehensive access to the results of development cooperation efforts. On Accountability Day, marked on Wednesday, May 17, the Minister of Finance presented the central government annual financial report and annual report to Parliament, which includes the achievements in development cooperation over the past year. Now, these results are available for public viewing through the accessible portal.
The portal, featuring “results reports,” not only showcases the outcomes of development cooperation but also provides open data in accordance with the International Aid Transparency Initiative standards for all BZ activities. Additionally, the portal offers an overview of expenditure in each area.
Unlike previous years when this information was accessible only to Members of Parliament and journalists, the results report is now open to the general public. Visitors can explore the results by theme or by country.
