The population migration rate (number of movers per 100 people) was 11.3%, reflecting a decrease of 0.1 percentage point compared to the previous year.
Among the provinces, five regions, including Gyeonggi (6,244 individuals), Chungnam (1,233 individuals), and Incheon (882 individuals), experienced net inward migration. On the other hand, twelve regions, including Seoul (-4,233 individuals), Busan (-1,255 individuals), and Gyeongnam (-836 individuals), had a net outward migration.
