Service Sector’s Production Value Remained Stable: The service sector experienced a minor increase of 0.1 percent in production in July 2023 compared to the previous year when adjusting for calendar effects. Information and communication services contributed positively with an 8.6 percent increase, while trade had a negative impact with a 6.4 percent decrease.
Decreased Production in the Construction Sector: Production in the construction sector decreased by 4.7 percent in July 2023 compared to the same period the previous year when accounting for calendar effects. The construction industry contributed negatively with a 4.7 percent decline.
