EU’s Joint European Forum for Important Projects of Common European Interest (JEF‑IPCEI) met on 24 November and approved the design phase of three new IPCEI candidates in biotechnology. The forum also adopted its 2026 workplan and endorsed key deliverables, including SME participation recommendations, evaluation methodology reports and best‑practice guidelines for implementation, reporting and monitoring.
