Finland’s consumer confidence improved in November 2025, with the confidence index rising to –6.5 from –7.6 in October and –6.6 in September, according to Statistics Finland. The change was based on a survey completed by 1,273 residents between 1 and 18 November. Respondents said that expectations about their own finances a year ahead were better than in October and a year earlier, reaching a positive level. However, views on the current state of personal finance remained weak, and expectations for the national economy a year ahead stayed negative. Confidence was highest in southern Finland outside the capital region (–4.7) and lowest in eastern Finland (–11.5). Women’s confidence (–10.0) was lower than men’s (–3.1).
