On 19 November 2025 the Radar Expertise Centre (REC) of Rijkswaterstaat held its third National Radardag in the Netherlands, drawing professionals from government, industry and academia to discuss the future of radar technology. The event, themed ‘Technology & Collaboration’, featured a mix of workshops and interactive sessions, including a tour of Rijkswaterstaat’s Mobile Sensor Unit that demonstrates radar applications in traffic management, drone detection and research.
