Uganda has welcomed a major trade delegation from the United Kingdom and India to Kampala, aiming to foster new business partnerships across key sectors. 25 leading companies from the Westminster Africa Business Association and the South Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry arrived to explore joint ventures in agro‑industrialisation, tourism, mineral‑based industrial development, science and technology, manufacturing, renewable energy, digital services, infrastructure and professional services. Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja hosted the delegation and arranged meetings with government and private‑sector stakeholders, underscoring Uganda’s commitment to deeper investment ties.
