On 16-18 June, Sirpa Rautio, Director of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), visited the Netherlands to strengthen cooperation on human rights. During the trip she held bilateral meetings with Minister for the Interior Pieter Heerma and State Secretary Claudia van Bruggen. In Utrecht she met the Advisory Board, Management Board and staff of the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights to learn about their current activities.
