The first phase of a 138-home programme for armed forces personnel and their families has been completed at Dhekelia Station in Cyprus. The £48 million project, awarded to Lagan Iacovou Joint Venture in 2023, includes energy-efficient designs with solar panels, air source heat pumps, and cooling systems tailored to Cyprus’ climate.
