Ingredients:
- 8 oz. dried pasta
- 1-2 quarts of water
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: Olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, or other toppings of your choice
Instructions:
- Fill a large pot with 1-2 quarts of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
- Once the water has reached a rolling boil, add the pasta and stir gently to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally to ensure that it cooks evenly.
- Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, remove the pot from the heat and carefully drain the pasta using a colander or strainer.
- Rinse the pasta with cold water to stop the cooking process, then return the pasta to the pot.
- If desired, drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve the pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, or other toppings of your choice.
